Earlier this year MRSA Action UK met the family and friends of Sammie Fallon. Sam was diagnosed with MRSA after a bone marrow sample was taken from her hip, and tragically died aged just 17 years old. Sammie's friend Jade has organised a fundraising event in memory of Sammie and to help MRSA Action UK raise awareness and continue the lobby for investment in tackling this devastating infection.
The fun run will take place at Westport Lake, sponsor forms can be obtained from Jade by email at sammiemrsa@hotmail.co.uk or downloaded from the Facebook Group Page "Sammie's Crew"
